CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E0740RB) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors that standard hinges cannot reliably support. The hinge features two internal steel pins that provide template options to fit CRL "mouse-ears" or rectangular square-corner cut-outs and increase mounting versatility. Pins may be left in place for safety with "mouse-ears" cut-outs or removed for greater adjustability and compatibility with square-corner cut-outs, including some competitive templates.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle wall installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.
