CRL Vienna Hinges — SKU: V1E1800RB are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless glass shower doors where traditional hinges fail. Two internal steel pins provide mounting template flexibility: leave both pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive profiles). These features make the Vienna Hinge a versatile choice for custom frameless glass shower door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship set to 90°; pre-set models ship at 85° for a 5° tighter closure toward the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins up to 45° are available to accommodate off-angle walls and non-90° installations—ideal for custom frameless shower door projects.

PERFORMANCE:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
