CRL Palmer SuperSet Mirro-Mastic® is a low-VOC, solvent-free adhesive mastic formulated for adhering plate glass and acrylic mirrors to drywall, wood, glass, metal, and tile. Ideal for large mirrored walls, columns, vanities, elevators, fitness centers, dance studios, and other commercial or high-traffic mirror installations. SuperSet cures to a durable, permanent bond that absorbs normal vibrations and allows thermal movement. Suitable for use with CRL Category II Safety Tape Film when the tape has been washed with 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA). All mirror applications must include permanent bottom support and mechanical fasteners. SuperSet also qualifies for LEED® Green Building Rating System™ credit and has a 10-month shelf life from manufacture.

Coverage: Approximately 12 square feet (1.1 square meters) per cartridge
Application temperature: 59 to 95ºF (15 to 35ºC)
Clean up: Tools can be cleaned with methylethylketone (MEK) or acetone before full curing. After curing, abrasion is necessary.
Shelf life: 10 months on an unopened cartridge.
Cure time: >2 mm / 24 h @ 73.4ºF (23ºC) and 50% RH

Product Warning:

Test before using any mastic. Follow Palmer's directions and the Technical Data Sheet. Do not apply SuperSet to painted surfaces, wall coverings, or treated wood. Always support the mirror at the bottom and use mechanical fasteners (for example CRL Mirror Clips or CRL Mirror Mounting Tape). Apply both double-sided mirror mounting tape and mastic at room temperature according to package directions. If conditions are not covered, consult CRL Technical Sales.
