Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPB12CL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install performance.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides secure attachment to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass and delivers one of the fastest installation times in the industry—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship fabricated with end caps installed; after rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows 1/8" (3 mm) of field adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust +/-1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide accommodates pivots set outside the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other benefits of Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include models for 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass, a rigid one-piece housing that resists shifting, no requirement to remove internal components prior to installation, and durable glass-securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
