Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPB12CL) is a compact 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass applications. It features CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) and ships ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure glass attachment plus industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide installed; only the door arm or pivot (not included) must be attached prior to hanging. The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you fine-tune door position 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts move the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide also allows pivots with slotted grooves to be positioned off the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
