CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPB12C) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features CRL's patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails are ready-to-install, come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ideal for glass door applications requiring a slim, architectural look.

After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide also allows pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

NOTE: Actual product height: 2-5/16" (59 mm). All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
