Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPB38SL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. and international patents). Rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

How it installs & adjusts
Rails ship fabricated with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. To fine-tune the door, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings.

Compatibility & options
Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. Arms, pivots, keyed cylinders, thumbturns, and pivot inserts (1NT701, 1NT703, 1NT704) are sold separately. All rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered to suit job requirements.
