Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPB38CL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, on-site installation.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures 3/8" (10 mm) glass and provides one of the fastest installations among door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fabricated and ready-to-install; after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the built-in adjustable door alignment slide.

The adjustable door alignment system (standard on top and bottom rails) allows up to 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door. Remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the outer bolts adjust ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide also permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings.

Other Wedge-Lock® advantages: available models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass; a rigid one-piece housing that resists shifting; internal components remain installed during mounting; and durable glass securing pads for extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to suit job requirements.
