Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPB38SL) is a compact, ready-to-install glass door rail designed for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S., Canadian and European patents) for a secure hold and the fastest installation times in the industry. Rails include End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system offers rapid install—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—and a rigid, single-component housing that resists shifting or loss of adjustment. Internal components remain assembled during installation and the glass securing pads are engineered for longevity in extreme environments.

Rails arrive completely fabricated and ready-to-install. After rail mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door; this feature is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback, enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
