Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU DR2TPB38CL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System. Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install performance. Ideal for frameless glass door projects requiring a low profile glass door rail for 3/8" tempered glass.

The Wedge-Lock® system not only secures glass— it provides the fastest installation time of any door rail system in the industry. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated with end caps installed; after mounting the rail the installer simply attaches the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you adjust the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails. To access adjustments after installation, remove the end cap to reveal three socket-head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
