All CRL Premium Cap Rails for laminated glass are precision-formed to maintain uniform profiles and smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. These architectural finish cap rails accommodate 27/32" (21.52 mm) and 1-1/16" (25.52 mm) laminated glass using CRL rubber protective inserts. Sold in 3 meter (118-1/8") lengths — ideal for stainless steel cap rail installations and commercial glass railing projects.
Use the Connector Sleeves (sleeve L20CSB) to join cap rails. Standard material is stainless alloy 304; stainless alloy 316 is available on special order for enhanced corrosion resistance.

NOTE: For 21.52 mm laminated glass, we recommend the LR21PV Series Rubber Insert. For 25.52 mm laminated glass, use the LR22PV Series Rubber Insert with shim and silicone.
Dimensions are used to calculate glass size—add your desired clearance or an additional 1/8" (3.2 mm) when using a Cap Rail rubber insert.
