CRL Premium Cap Rails
for Laminated Glass are formed using precision tooling to maintain uniform profiles, allowing for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. Both Cap Rails support 27/32" (21.52 mm) and 1-1/16" (25.52 mm) laminated glass thicknesses by using CRL different rubber protective inserts. Sold in 3 meters lengths.
Use the
Connector Sleeves
to connect Cap Rails. All CRL Premium Cap Railings are stainless alloy 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order.

, for 25.52 mm laminated glass, use
LR22PV Series Rubber Insert
with shim and silicone.
Dimension is used to calculate the glass size. Add the clearance you desire or add an additional 1/8" (3.2 mm) if using Cap Rail Rubber Insert.
