CRL Polished Brass 90° Horizontal Corner for 1/2"–5/8" Glass Cap Rail

• Welded, finished, and ready-to-install interior slip-fit horizontal corner (SKU: GR25HPB)
• Fits 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) glass for cap rail assemblies
• Available in four architectural finishes; stainless (304 standard, 316 special order) and brass (alloy 260)
• Requires two connector sleeves per corner (not included)

Interior slip-fit horizontal corners for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) thick glass allow hairline joint assemblies with straight lengths of CRL Cap Rail. These cap rail corners provide a factory-welded, finished solution for glass railing and balustrade applications, reducing field fabrication. Use CRL Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure, permanent bond. Two connector sleeves are required for each corner.

Each horizontal corner is fabricated, finished, and individually packed. All stainless and brass corners are made from CRL Premium Cap Rail and welded and finished to match. Standard stainless alloy is 304; stainless 316 is available on special order. For brass, alloy 260 is standard.

NOTE: Except for GR15 Series Cap Rail Corners: when used with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, secure glass with GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone. When using GR15 Series Corners or 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims only.

Product Warning:

For 1/2" (12 mm) glass, use GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl and 95CBL Silicone to secure the glass. For 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with shims and 95CBL Silicone.
