CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L092BR) are a heavy-duty brass shower door hinge designed for tempered glass shower doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges, they deliver a sleek look while supporting wider, heavier shower doors that standard hinges cannot. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and fitment with rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; rotate the pin to engage the 85º pre-set for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle, up to 45º) when the standard adjustment does not achieve the desired closing position.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass, each door can support up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges increases capacity to 140 lbs (63 kg) for the same maximum width.
