CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N537BR) — a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to the Geneva Series designed for a sleek, modern shower door appearance. Ideal as a brass shower door hinge for tempered glass, the Pinnacle accommodates 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and is self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs for long service life and reliable door closure. Includes the reversible 5° pivot pin found on Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series hinges. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-Set models come factory-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to activate the other setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate non-90° wall-to-door conditions for off-angle installations.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
• Three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
