CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E037BR) provide a heavy-duty solution for wider or heavier shower doors when standard hinges aren't strong enough. Designed for tempered safety glass, the Vienna Hinge uses two internal steel pins to offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins installed for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and to fit CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the opposite side (5° tighter closure). Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85°. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active closure angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PINS: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify angles up to 45°) when standard adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
