CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E537BR) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors that standard hinges cannot reliably support. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (compatible with some competitive templates). These Vienna shower door hinges offer increased durability and reliable performance for heavy glass shower doors and frameless shower enclosures.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are factory-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to change active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° does not achieve the desired closing position.

Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm), each hinge set supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges, capacity increases to 140 lbs (63 kg) for the same maximum door width.
