CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z806BR) — a compact, durable square-base glass clamp engineered for 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this Z-clamp is designed for secure installation on square tubing or other flat surfaces and is ideal for interior and exterior railing, partition, mezzanine and windbreak applications.

For securing the clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
