CRL Plymouth Series Hinges — SKU: PLY037CH support wider, heavier frameless shower doors with a maximum door weight of 140 lbs (64 kg) and a maximum door width of 39" (1 m) using only two hinges. These heavy-duty shower door hinges create a clean frameless aesthetic by minimizing visible hardware. They use an integrated stiffening beam to reduce clamping plate flex for exceptional holding power and increased self-centering force. Heat-treated stainless steel springs improve durability. Stocked in six popular finishes; custom finishes available.

Important: Do not use three hinges. Maximum two hinges per door. Do not exceed door weight or width capacities. Glass fabrication is required.

Using two hinges: With 3/8" to 1/2" (10–12 mm) glass and a 39" (1 m) door width, two hinges will hold up to 140 lbs (64 kg).
