CRL Vienna Hinges — SKU: V1E580CH are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors when standard hinges lack strength. Dual internal steel pins give two template options: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate (do not flip) the pin to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pin: Available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closure.

Load Capacity & Configuration:
- Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs. (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
- Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs. (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
