CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E074PN) are heavy-duty shower door hinges engineered for wider and heavier frameless glass shower doors where traditional hinges fail. Built from solid brass with internal dual steel pins, the Vienna Hinge offers two template options for either CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or rectangular square-corner cut-outs—providing compatibility and installation flexibility for frameless shower doors and glass shower enclosures. Remove the pins for increased adjustability or leave them in for added cut-out safety.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated; Pre-Set models ship pre-set to 85° for a tighter 5° closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle wall installations where the wall and door do not meet at 90°.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
