SKU: V1E337PN | adjustable shower door hinge | Vienna hinge adjustable 90 degrees | solid brass shower hinge for tempered glass The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series builds on our popular Vienna Hinge to deliver a fully adjustable shower door hinge for tempered glass. Adjustment to the desired closing angle (up to 90°) is made after the door is hung—loosen the Allen set screws, rotate the door to the preferred closed position, then tighten the screws. The hinge self-centers to the set position. Door swing: 90° inward and 90° outward (adjusting from the factory set position reduces swing in that direction). For outward-swinging doors with a clear jamb, you can set the hinge to close 5° inside the shower so the door seats snugly against the jamb.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the 85° side active for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to activate the other marking.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle, up to 45°) when the standard 5° offset does not achieve the desired closure.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) the hinge supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) the hinge supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
