Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp glass securely with two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts the angled wedge action draws the extrusions together against the glass and, with the door retaining gasket, generates very high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for durable, long-lasting performance in commercial glass doors. The system is engineered for tempered glass doors and storefronts where secure, high-force glass retention is required.

Wedge-Lock® Door Rails are factory-fabricated and shipped ready-to-install with end caps installed. Installation is fast—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. The rails include the adjustable door alignment slide so only the door arm or pivot (not included) must be attached after rail installation. The adjustable slide allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment on both top and bottom rails without removing the door, simplifying field alignment and accommodation of vertically out-of-square openings.

After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide works
