Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPS12CL) is a low profile glass door rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, this low profile rail incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ready to install.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers secure glass attachment plus one of the fastest installation workflows for glass door rails. Experienced installers can prepare a door for hanging in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without door removal. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, and the two outer bolts allow the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile adjustable slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other benefits of Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include models that accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass, a rigid single-component housing that resists shift and long-term misalignment, no need to remove internal components prior to installation, and durable glass securing pads built for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet specific job requirements.
