CRL Low Profile Door Rail — slim 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide low profile door rail designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides fast, secure attachment to glass—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—making this an ideal low profile door rail for commercial and architectural glass doors where quick installation and long-term reliability are required.

CRL rails arrive completely fabricated and ready-to-install. After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
