An innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR6SPS34CL) uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to secure glass from the bottom of the door rail. Two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar create wedge pressure as the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts. The angled extrusions and matching rail groove pull the extrusions together, generating exceptional holding force (over 900 lbs in the 9" corner rail). This proven design provides industry-leading glass retention for commercial storefronts and interior glass doors.

Installation notes: after rail installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the door rail. To fine-tune alignment, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out. Low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
