CRL Low Profile Door Rail combines a slim 2-5/16" (59 mm) profile with the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System for fast, secure installation of 3/8" (10 mm) tempered glass doors. Rails arrive complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install out of the carton.

Fast installation and easy adjustment: The Wedge-Lock® system provides the industry’s fastest rail preparation—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. The integrated adjustable door alignment slide (standard on both top and bottom rails) allows +/-1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Durability and compatibility: Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. The rail is a rigid single-component housing that resists shifting or loss of adjustment over time. Internal components remain in place during installation, and the glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments. All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots are ordered separately to suit job requirements.
