Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, and European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1). This wedge-action design secures monolithic tempered glass by applying downward pressure through two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is drawn down with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage the door rail wedge, compressing the specially designed door retaining gasket to generate very high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" Corner Rail).

The Wedge-Lock® system is engineered for faster installation and long-term reliability. Door rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. Installers can prepare a door for hanging in minutes; just attach your chosen door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

• Adjustable Door Alignment System — Standard on top and bottom rails; field-adjustable 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door.
