CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch provide high-security, multi-function locking for 1/2" (12 mm) heavy tempered glass doors. These commercial glass door center locks are available left- or right-handed and come in five finishes. Installation requires only a simple glass cut-out—no messy cement or silicone—making them ideal for storefronts, offices, and institutional glass doors. Office Lock Function: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (outside lever can be locked by rocker). Key outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks main latchbolt to resist jimmying. Inside lever always retracts lock for safe egress. Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Inside lever retracts both bolts for exit. Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts for exit. Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by inside lever, by key outside; outside lever fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks main latchbolt to resist jimmying. Designed for use with electric strikes. Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side except when outside lever is locked by key. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever. Inside lever always operable.
