This CRL U-Channel with Roll-In Top Load Gasket (SKU: UCPS3812CL) is an aluminum U-channel extrusion engineered for frameless glass doors and sidelites. Designed for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass, it works with CRL Patch Hardware, our Header for Overhead Door Closers with Fixed Sidelites, and the Door Rail System. The profile allows either surface or recessed mounting while the roll-in top load gasketing secures the glass for a clean, modern finish. This multi-functional extrusion is available in five finishes and includes a family of accessories to accommodate different installation needs.

The 4" (102 mm) long Aluminum Setting Blocks with Neoprene provide rigid glass support in the bottom channel and set the correct height to deliver 9/16" (14.3 mm) glass coverage in both top and bottom channels when glazed using the lift-and-drop method.

Roll-In Top Load Gasketing for 3/8" or 1/2" glass is sold separately in 100' or 500' rolls. Matching finish end caps are also available to complete the installation.
