CRL PHA5 North American Door Kits (SKU: PHA5PS) provide a complete pivot hinge glass door hardware kit for a free-swinging door with fixed transom and two sidelites. Kit includes the hardware required for the door assembly (does not include glass or additional supports for the fixed transom and sidelites). Pivot setback: 2-3/4" (70 mm). Compatible with a separately ordered floor closer with tapered spindle.

Kit Contains:

• 2 - PH40 Sidelite Mount Transom Patches
• 1 - PH20A Top Door Patch
• 1 - PH10C Bottom Door Patch
• 1 - 1NT306 Stop Insert
• 1 - 1NT403 Bottom Pivot
• Gaskets for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass (holes and notches required in the glass)

Kits with lock option include one Cat. No. AMR205 Patch Lock. Cylinders, thumbturns, and keepers are ordered separately.

NOTE: For maximum door sizes when using this product, CRL follows GANA Guidelines.
