These PH40 patch fittings with PK Series stop/strikes provide a positive door stop and keeper for single-door installations. Compatible with PA100 panic devices and DB100 deadbolts, the PH40 is designed for tempered glass storefront and commercial doors and is offered in multiple architectural finishes to match your hardware. An alternate ESK Series stop/strike option includes a Folger Adam® 310 1-3/4" (45 mm) fail-secure electric strike for applications requiring electric-strike compatibility. Minimum order: one each.
