CRL 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Surface Mount Friction Fit Spigots (SKU: FWCR22PS) are engineered for surface-mounted glass installations where core drilling is not possible. Constructed from 2205 duplex stainless steel, these spigots offer higher strength and improved corrosion resistance over 316 stainless, making them ideal for outdoor decks, tiled floors, concrete surfaces and timber decking. The friction-fit design secures 12mm toughened glass without glass fabrication by tightening two grub screws; a garnish ring is included to conceal fixing points. Not rated for guard rail or safety-critical balustrade use — suitable for frameless glass partitions, pool fencing accents, and low-risk barrier applications.
