CRL Polished Stainless Wide U-Channel Topload Gasket 3/4in Glass 10ft

• Aluminum extrusion U-channel and narrow header matching door and sidelite rail widths for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) and 5/8" or 3/4" (16 or 19 mm) glass
• Designed for monolithic tempered glass
• Accepts roll-in glazing gasket, top free-swinging pivot block, and snap-in filler strip
• Available from CRL inventory as ready-to-ship Quick Pick models; stock lengths, fabricated headers, or headers with side pockets for 'lift and drop' panel installation

This aluminum extrusion (SKU: NH3PSSL) was developed for three primary applications:

(1) As a U-channel matching the width of CRL sidelite rails and door rails;

(2) As a narrow header that accepts a top free-swinging pivot to secure the top of doors;

(3) As an even sight line system—secure the fabricated narrow header to the opening, then attach the sidelite rail to the narrow header using the 1/4" (6 mm) header saddle. All drilling, tapping, and fabrication can be completed during manufacturing on request to reduce on-site installation time.
