CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z15306PS) fit 1/4"–5/16" (6–8 mm) glass and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base glass clamps are ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks and similar architectural applications where a round tubing attachment is required.
For fastening the Z-clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.
Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.
