GE® SilPruf® Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral-cure silicone weatherproofing sealant formulated for common exterior building and glazing applications. It cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, low-modulus silicone rubber seal ideal for joints that move.


Basic Uses
SilPruf® seals assemblies of metals, masonry, concrete, coated surfaces, plastics, wood, and other typical building materials. Designed for butt and lap shear joints, it accommodates movement in weatherproofing and glazing applications while providing long-term elastic performance and primerless adhesion to most substrates.

Technical Data
Meets or exceeds Federal Specification TT-S-001543A (COMNBS) Class A for silicone building sealants; and ASTM C1184 and ASTM C920 for elastomeric joint sealants, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, G, A and O.
