CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E092RG) are heavy-duty 90-degree glass-to-glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors where standard hinges fail. Constructed from solid brass, the Vienna Hinge uses two internal steel pins to provide mounting template options: leave the pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and fit to CRL rectangular (square-cornered) cut-outs — and in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models are pre-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) — supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10 to 12 mm) — supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
