Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SSA12C), uses the patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to secure monolithic tempered glass in door rails with unmatched strength and speed. The system applies downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. Angled extrusion faces engage an angled groove in the door rail, creating a powerful wedging action and, with the specialized door retaining gasket, generating very high retention force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" / 228.6 mm Corner Rail).

After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the adjustable slide, and the two outer bolts fine-tune the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out.
