CRL Low Profile Door Rail combines an ultra-low 2-5/16" (59 mm) height with our patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches—ideal for commercial storefronts, interior glass doors, and architectural glass applications.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures 1/2" glass quickly and reliably, enabling experienced installers to prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; after installation you only attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The adjustable alignment system (standard on top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—useful for out-of-square openings.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm).

Additional benefits: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass; rigid single-component housing that resists shifting; internal components remain in place during installation; durable glass securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots are sold separately to match job requirements.

• All door rails include the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks include the lock mechanism; keyed cylinders or thumbturns (matching finish) must be ordered separately.
