Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TSA12CL) measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ready to install on site for fast, reliable fit with 1/2" tempered glass.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures glass quickly and provides the fastest installation of any door rail system offered to the industry — experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fabricated with the end caps installed; after mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (sold separately) to the adjustable door alignment slide that is already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you adjust the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To access adjustments, remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, and the two outer bolts move the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide works with pivots that have slotted grooves, permitting fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings and non-standard setback positions.
