CRL Low Profile Door Rail combines a slim 2-5/16" (59 mm) profile with the industry-leading Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System for fast, secure installation. Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches — ready to install for frameless glass doors and low profile commercial glass door applications.

Quick-install advantage: The Wedge-Lock® system provides faster installation times than conventional door rails; experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Internal components stay in place during installation — no disassembly required.

Adjustability: Integrated Adjustable Door Alignment System (standard on top and bottom rails) permits 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door. Adjustment access is through the end cap, revealing three socket head cap bolts: center secures the slide; outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out travel. Low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback for vertically out-of-square openings.

Durability & compatibility: Rigid single-component housing resists shift and long-term misalignment. Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. Glass securing pads are engineered for longevity in extreme environments. Built-in jamb alignment block is standard; arms and pivots sold separately.
