CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, and European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install on-site for fast glass door assembly.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure, long-lasting attachment to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass and delivers industry-leading install times—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after rail mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails and is accessed by removing the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts enable the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), useful for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other differentiators: models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass; a rigid single-component housing that resists shifting or loss of adjustment over time; internal components do not need removal before installation; and durable glass securing pads engineered for extreme environments.
