Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is a purpose-built glass door rail system for commercial and architectural tempered glass doors. The exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures the glass by applying downward pressure through two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. Tightening socket head cap bolts pulls the extrusions into the angled rail groove, creating exceptional clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for a durable, long-lasting attachment.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation time among door rail systems. CRL rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps fitted. Installers simply attach a door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door — standard on top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves enable non-standard setback positioning and fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
