Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to deliver fast, secure installation for commercial tempered glass doors. The system applies downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. Angled extrusions engage an internal wedge groove, producing very high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for reliable glass retention in full-length 35-3/4" door rails.

After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3.2 mm).

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
