Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SSA38CL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails for 3/8" (10 mm) glass ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment and industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; after mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System enables ±1/8" (3 mm) door adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To access adjustment hardware, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned off the American Standard Setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
