CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TSA38CL) — 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. Designed for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass, the rail integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches — ready to install.

Wedge-Lock® delivers a secure glass attachment and the fastest installation time in its class; experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails come fully fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled — simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included). The adjustable alignment system (standard on top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Other benefits: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass; a rigid single-component housing that resists shift and loss of adjustment; internal components do not require removal for installation; and durable glass securing pads for extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
