Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU DR2TSA38C) is a compact, high-performance door rail for 3/8" (10 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure glass attachment. Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ready to install out of the carton.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers one of the fastest installations in the industry: experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. After installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door.

To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts — the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
