Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU DR10SSA58SL), is a high-performance 35-3/4" door rail engineered for 5/8" tempered glass. The exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures glass by applying downward wedge pressure through two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar—creating exceptional holding force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), superior glass retention, and reliable performance for commercial tempered glass doors.

Fast to install: Wedge-Lock® door rails come completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. The pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide lets you attach a door arm or pivot (not included) quickly and adjust the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This low-profile adjustable slide also enables non‑standard pivot setback positions for out-of-square openings.

Durable design advantages: single-component rigid housing that resists shifting, internal components remain in place during installation, and glass securing pads are built for longevity in extreme environments. Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. All rails feature the built-in jamb alignment block (arms and pivots must be ordered separately).

• All door rails include the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots sold separately.
• Models with locks include the lock mechanism; keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
• End caps included in stock door rail lengths. Specify total door rail length (including end caps) for custom lengths.
