Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is a patented door rail for tempered glass doors that secures glass with the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System. Two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar create a wedge action that pulls the extrusions together, applying more than 900 lbs. of force in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail. This wedge-driven design provides extreme glass retention strength and reliable performance across full-length rails up to 35-3/4" (908 mm).

The Wedge-Lock® system also delivers faster installation times than competing door rail systems. Experienced installers can prepare a door for hanging in under ten minutes. Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you adjust the door 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment is accessible after removing the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, while the outer bolts provide the 1/8" in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide allows pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
