This CRL "SW" Series Sliding Service Window (SKU: SWB1014A) is designed for interior or exterior walk-up food service, receptionist, pharmacy, and similar customer-service applications. Choose vertical sliding service windows with nylon runners over coiled tension springs for smooth, counterbalanced operation, or horizontal sliding service windows that run on top nylon guides. For larger openings, we recommend a full bottom track with rollers for added durability and ease of use.

All larger vertical format service windows that exceed 1050 square inches (width × height) require concealed sash balances housed behind a 4-5/8" (117 mm) tall header. For exterior installations, an overhang is recommended to protect the header and balances.

NOTE: Specify handling when ordering — left or right hand fixed from clerk’s side. Surround frame is not available for insulating glass models. If ordered with a keyed lock, the screen panel will be installed in the center channel.
