• Channels for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) and 5/8" or 3/4" (16 and 19 mm) glass
• Use with monolithic tempered glass

This aluminum extrusion was developed for three primary uses:

1. As a U-channel that matches our sidelite and door rail widths for a uniform, even sight line.
2. As a narrow header (same width as sidelite and door rails) that accepts a top free-swinging pivot to secure the top of the doors.
3. As an even sight line system: secure the fabricated narrow header to the opening, then attach the sidelite rail to the header using the 1/4" (6 mm) header saddle.

All drilling, tapping, and fabrication can be performed during manufacturing to save on-site installation time. Ideal for aluminum U-channel glass headers, narrow glass door headers, and systems requiring roll-in gasket compatibility.
